Peace Zone Travel LLC is a travel agency based in Fuquay Varina, NC, USA, accredited by IATA and ARC and a member of IATAN. We help travelers research and arrange flights, hotels, cars, cruises, and holiday packages. In our current model we operate as a specialist advisory and booking service: you submit a request, our certified agents source options, and any booking is confirmed with you directly before it is issued.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our services. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and accept responsibility for activity that occurs under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Fares, availability, and ancillary options are provided by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, and global distribution systems) and can change until a booking is confirmed and ticketed. A quote is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is only confirmed once we (or the relevant supplier) issue a confirmation and any required payment has been received.

You are responsible for reviewing all travel details — names, dates, routes, and fare rules — before confirming, and for holding valid travel documents (passports, visas, and health requirements) for your itinerary.

We are committed to transparent pricing — the price we confirm is the price you pay, with no hidden service fees. Prices are shown in the currency indicated and may include taxes and supplier charges. Refunds, changes, and cancellations are governed by the fare rules and policies of the applicable supplier; we will always advise you of the terms before you confirm.

Travel products are delivered by independent suppliers who set their own terms. Peace Zone Travel acts as an intermediary and is not the operator of those services. We are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or losses caused by suppliers, force majeure, or events beyond our reasonable control, except to the extent required by applicable law.

You agree not to misuse our services — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping data, interfering with security features, submitting fraudulent requests, or using the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Protecting your information is central to how we operate. This section explains what we collect and how we use it.
